Flour Mill Loft

The Flour Mill Lofts in downtown Denver blend historic character with modern industrial design. We worked alongside Character Builders, fabricating and installing some custom elements, that helped bring Arch 11’s vision for the space to life. The circular steel vent hood serves as a focal point in the kitchen, a steel and glass partition with a sliding door helps to create privacy without closing things off, and the steel cage above the fireplace helps maintain the open floor plan while visually dividing space.
